Information

The name Auchyle comes from the gaelic phrase “Home with Farm land”. The previous owner Ms Neil, sold the house to Ms Turnbull in 1981 and in 1905, Auchyle was built by Ms Neil’s grandfather.

Arriving Early

If you arrive early in town you are welcome to bring your luggage to the guest house, collect your room keys and enjoy the day exploring Stirling. All guests have their own keys and come and go as they please.

Departure details

All rooms must be vacant by 10.30 on your day of departure, keys must be returned to Mandi.

Leisure activities

We are spoilt for choice in Stirling as there are numerous cafes and good quality restaurants. There are many different pubs in the area ranging from the oldest pub in Stirling – The Settle Inn, located Upper Bridge Street to the more modern cafe/bars and bistros.
